  • 4.1. Get A Distributor acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary that connects customers, partner companies and independent distributors.
  • 4.2. We do not provide leaflet distribution services ourselves.
  • 4.3. Any contract for leaflet distribution services is formed directly between the Customer and the Distributor.
  • 4.4. We may facilitate bookings, order allocation, communication and payments on behalf of Distributors, but we are not a party to the service contract.
  • 4.5. Distributors operate as independent contractors and are not our employees, agents or partners.

5. Payments and Commission

  • 5.1. Partners may be charged commission or fixed fees per completed round as agreed in their partnership terms.
  • 5.2. We may process payments on behalf of partners.
  • 5.3. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • 6.1. All intellectual property rights in the Website, Platform, software, branding, content and materials belong to or are licensed to Rara Blue Online Solution Ltd.
  • 6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Website and Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Breach of this section may result in immediate account termination.

  • 8.1. Get A Distributor acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary and does not perform, supervise or control leaflet distribution services.
  • 8.2. All leaflet distribution services are provided entirely at the risk of the Customer and the Distribution Partner.

8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get A Distributor and Rara Blue Online Solution Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, delay, failure, error or omission arising out of or in connection with:

  • damage to property;
  • personal injury;
  • incomplete, late or failed distribution;
  • inaccurate delivery reports;
  • complaints, fines or penalties imposed by third parties or local authorities;
  • acts or omissions of Distribution Partners, their staff or subcontractors.
  • 8.4. The Website and Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • 8.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, representations and conditions.
  • 8.6. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
  • 8.7. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
