The program fee is fully refundable if you successfully pass the AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Machine Learning Engineer Associate certification exam. To claim your refund:

Get A Distributor is a SaaS marketplace that connects customers who wish to order leaflet distribution services ("Customers") with independent leaflet distribution companies, distribution agencies and individual distributors (together, "Distribution Partners" or "Distributors").

Please read these terms carefully before using our Website or Platform. By accessing or using our Website or Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our Website or Platform.

1. Information about us

3. Accounts and registration

• 3.0. Accounts may be created by Customers, individual Distributors, or leaflet distribution companies and agencies that wish to operate as Distribution Partners on the Platform.
• 3.1. To place an order or register as a Distributor, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use an account.
• 3.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
• 3.3. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• 3.4. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• 3.5. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.
• 3.6. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us via the details on our Website.

3.7. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• you breach this Agreement;
• you provide false or misleading information;
• your conduct may harm Get A Distributor, our partners, Customers or Distributors;
• we discontinue or materially change the Platform.

4. Our role as a platform provider

• 4.0. Distribution companies and agencies may register on the Platform as Partners and may receive, accept and fulfil orders directly or through their own staff, subcontractors or representatives.
• 4.1. Get A Distributor acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary.
• 4.2. We do not provide leaflet distribution services ourselves.
• 4.3. Any contract for leaflet distribution services is formed directly between the Customer and the Distributor.
• 4.4. We may facilitate bookings, order allocation, communication and payments on behalf of Distributors, but we are not a party to the service contract.
• 4.5. Distributors operate as independent contractors and are not our employees, agents or partners.

5. Orders and payments

• 5.1. Customers may place orders for leaflet distribution services through the Platform.
• 5.2. Orders are allocated to Distributors and partners based on availability, coverage area and other criteria determined by us.
• 5.3. Pricing, service scope and delivery timelines are set by the Distributor or displayed on the Platform.
• 5.4. We collect payments from Customers on behalf of Distributors and partners.
• 5.5. Any disputes relating to service quality, completion or performance must be resolved between the Customer and the Partner, although we may assist with communication where reasonably possible.

6. Distributor and Partner obligations

6.0. These obligations apply equally to individual Distributors and distribution companies or agencies registered as Partners.

6.1. By registering as a Distributor, you confirm that:

• you have the legal right to work and provide leaflet distribution services in the UK;
• you hold any required licences, permissions or insurance;
• you will comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection and data protection laws.

6.2. Distributors are solely responsible for:

• service performance;
• compliance with local council rules and distribution regulations.

7. User content and submissions

• 7.1. Any content submitted to the Platform (including reviews, feedback, messages or materials) is considered non-confidential.
• 7.2. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content for Platform-related purposes.

7.3. You must ensure that any content you submit:

• is accurate and lawful;
• does not infringe third-party rights;
• is not misleading, offensive or defamatory.

8. Intellectual property

• 8.1. All intellectual property rights in the Website, Platform, software, branding, content and materials belong to or are licensed to Rara Blue Online Solution Ltd.
• 8.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Website and Platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

• 10.1. Get A Distributor acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary and does not perform, supervise or control leaflet distribution services.
• 10.2. All leaflet distribution services are provided entirely at the risk of the Customer and the Distribution Partner.

10.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get A Distributor and Rara Blue Online Solution Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, delay, failure, error or omission arising out of or in connection with:

• damage to property;
• personal injury;
• incomplete, late or failed distribution;
• inaccurate delivery reports;
• complaints, fines or penalties imposed by third parties or local authorities;
• acts or omissions of Distribution Partners, their staff or subcontractors.

• 10.4. The Website and Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• 10.5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, representations and conditions.
• 10.6. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill.
