  • Account Data: username, password, account preferences and registration details.
  • Transaction Data: details about orders, payments, delivery instructions and service history.
  • Location Data: precise location from the device GPS, including latitude and longitude, and optional movement data such as bearing (direction of travel) and speed. Location Data is collected from Distributors who use the App to carry out leaflet distribution.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types, operating system and platform.
  • Usage Data: information about how you use our Website, Platform, App and services.

2. How we collect your information

We collect personal data in the following ways:

  • Direct interactions: when you create an account, place an order, register as a Distributor, fill in a form or contact us.
  • Device GPS (Location): when you use the App as a Distributor, we access and collect precise location from your device GPS, after you grant permission through your operating system. We collect Location Data while the App is in use (foreground) and, during an active leaflet distribution, in the background. If your device is offline, the App may store location on the device and upload it when connectivity returns. You can grant, deny or revoke location permission in your device settings.
  • Automated technologies: as you navigate through our Website, we may automatically collect Technical Data and Usage Data using cookies and similar tracking technologies.
  • Third parties: we may receive personal data about you from payment processors, analytics providers and advertising networks.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to register you as a new Customer or Distributor;
  • to process and manage orders for leaflet distribution services;
  • to facilitate communication between Customers and Distribution Partners;
  • to provide live GPS tracking of leaflet distribution;
  • to generate Proof of Delivery, including timestamps and location;
  • to show a Distributor's position and direction of travel on maps;
  • to verify campaigns and produce reports for Customers and partners;
  • to manage payments, fees and charges;
  • to provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
  • to maintain the security and integrity of our Website, Platform and App;
  • to comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • to send you service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or your consent.

4. Location data

This section explains how we access, collect, use and share Location data. Google Play and other app stores require us to disclose this clearly.

Who it applies to. We collect Location data from Distributors and delivery personnel who use the App to carry out leaflet distribution. Ordinary visitors to our Website are not required to provide GPS location.

How we access Location data. The App accesses precise location from the GPS sensor on the Distributor's device. Access is granted only after the user allows location permission through the operating system (for example, Android location permission). We do not access Location data if permission is denied.

How we collect Location data. When permission is granted, the App collects precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) and may also collect bearing and speed. Collection occurs:

  • in the foreground while the Distributor is using the App;
  • in the background during an active leaflet distribution (typically at regular intervals), so tracking can continue while the Distributor is delivering;
  • only while a distribution is in progress; tracking stops when a delivery is paused or completed;
  • on the device if the Distributor is temporarily offline, then uploaded to us when the device is back online.

How we use Location data. We use Location data to:

  • provide live GPS tracking of leaflet distribution;
  • create Proof of Delivery with timestamps and location;
  • display the Distributor's position and direction of travel on maps;
  • verify that leaflets were delivered in the agreed areas; and
  • produce campaign reports for Customers and partners.

How we share Location data. Location data for a campaign may be shared with the Customer whose campaign is being delivered, and with franchise and platform operators, so they can track and verify distribution. We do not sell Location data.

Your control. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, some App features (including live tracking and Proof of Delivery) will not work.

5. Disclosure of your information

We may share your personal data with the following parties:

  • Customers: if you are a Distributor carrying out a campaign, relevant Location data and delivery details may be shared with the Customer whose campaign you are fulfilling, so they can track and verify distribution.
  • Distribution Partners and franchise operators: relevant details, including Location data where needed for tracking and verification, may be shared with franchise and platform operators managing the campaign.
  • Distribution Partners: if you place an order, relevant details will be shared with the Distributor fulfilling that order.
  • Service providers: IT service providers, payment processors, analytics providers and hosting partners who process data on our behalf.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the relevant third party.

We do not sell your personal data, including Location data. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. International transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Data retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, and applicable legal requirements.
